My philosophy
I believe that each of us is smart, creative, resourceful and energy beings. We each bring our own energies to who we are, to what we do and to what we say. Teenage years have been presented as difficult years. I see these years as great potential for each of us to support the developping teenager into the full and potential adult each one can be, by sharing with them all choices available for their personal growth.
We now know that changes for the teenager is physical as well as physiological. As the external changes occur so do the internal changes from the brain to the capillaries. How each adult can support each teen is the same as how each chrysallis is supported by its environment into a butterfly.
Coaching IS the way to support each teen. We build a partnership together to achieve outcomes for the highest good of the teenager and of the family.
As parents, we are here to help them develop in all ways possible through their strengths to be the happiest and fulfilled individuals in anything and everything they are here do for the better of our society and environment.
Dara Stieglitz, RN, BSN, Certified Success coach, Certified Family Coach, Certified Human Design Specialist creates a safe and nurturing space to support personal growth and empowerment through communication, education and coaching with all persons she connects with wherever she may be in the world. She has over 20 years in the child development field as a neonatal and pediatric nurse, as a special education teacher for children with special needs and as family and teen coach.
